Hair Care

FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most about raw hair, lace, installs, and maintenance.

Is your hair 100% raw and unprocessed?

Yes. Our hair is single-donor, cuticle-aligned raw hair. It has not been chemically processed for color or texture — you get natural movement and longevity when cared for properly.

How long will my extensions or wig last?

With consistent care, most clients enjoy 1–2+ years from bundles and 6–12+ months from a well-maintained lace unit. Lifespan depends on heat use, wash frequency, and install method.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Raw hair can be colored, but we recommend a professional stylist. Always strand-test first and deep condition after any chemical service. Bleaching will affect longevity — treat hair gently afterward.

How often should I wash my install?

Every 7–14 days is typical. Wash sooner if you sweat heavily, use a lot of styling product, or notice buildup at the roots or lace line.

What products do you recommend?

Use sulfate-free shampoo, a moisturizing conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and a light serum or oil on the ends. Avoid heavy products at the lace or weft area.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Please review our store policies for current return and exchange terms. Unopened, unused items in original condition may qualify — contact support with your order number for help.

How do I choose the right origin or texture?

Indian and Vietnamese hair tend to be silkier; Cambodian and Burmese offer more natural volume and texture. Use our Hair Quiz or reach out — we are happy to match you to your goals.
