Refund policy
Absolutely no refunds whatsoever. Exchanges only IF the product is defective on our end. If the hair has any form of deficiency, please inform us within 2 business days of receiving the hair via email at.
If the consumer alters the hair in any possible way, we are sorry, but we will not be able to exchange the hair due to health policies & laws. If we do approve the hair for an exchange, return shipping will be at the consumer's expense. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES.
